1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Pour & Play services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

Pour & Play provides interactive entertainment games for bars and restaurants. Our services include:

  • Interactive game applications
  • Account management and user authentication
  • Payment processing and subscription management
  • Customer support

3. Subscription and Billing

Monthly Subscriptions: Our services are provided on a monthly subscription basis. You will be charged monthly in advance for your selected games.

Pricing: Individual games are $10/month each. All 4 games bundle is $25/month (save $15).

Payment: Payments are processed securely through our payment partners. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fees.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.

4. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel:

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.You will continue to have access to your games until the end of the period you've already paid for.

No refunds are provided for partial months, but you can cancel anytime to avoid future charges.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pour & Play shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
